Because I didn’t have my original paperwork (agreed price) with me, I didn’t question the clerk when she charged me a higher price than what I thought I remembered. I was from out of state and no other place to go, I just stayed. After returning home and finding my original paper (109.00 lower) on agreed price, I called and asked why the sufficiently price charge. She stated, the room she quoted me for was still being occupied and therefore gave me a bigger room at the higher price. She never apologize or or offered the same lower price she originally had given me….nor mentioned the situation the day i arrived there…Again, I didn’t question it, because I would have been without a place to stay for 4 days and she never explained my original room was still occupied, when she told me it was available. She should’ve given me my room for the same price, but NEVER offered a discount !
